Holly Barratt
Senior LCA Specialist
Holly is a Senior Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Specialist with over 7 years of industry experience and a Master’s degree in Geoscience from UCL. She brings strong technical expertise and a practical, solutions-focused approach to whole life carbon assessment across a wide range of complex developments.
Holly has worked on major large-scale projects exceeding 90,000m², including multi-storey, multi-use developments incorporating office space, warehouse facilities, cold and ambient storage, transport hubs, and gatehouse infrastructure. Her work spans the full project lifecycle, from early design stage through to construction and completion, where she provides ongoing carbon reduction recommendations that can be tracked through to delivery on site.
She also has extensive experience across multi-unit developments, including sites comprising several distinct buildings ranging from 8,000m² to 24,000m² within a single scheme. On these projects, Holly develops tailored carbon reduction strategies for each unit, producing both individual assessments and overarching summary reports to maintain a whole-site perspective.
Holly remains actively involved throughout construction, supporting clients with practical, data-driven guidance and following projects through to practical completion to ensure carbon reduction strategies are effectively implemented.

Tim Reeve
CEO
Tim is an experienced construction and engineering professional with over 30 years of industry experience and a BEng (Hons) in Engineering and Engineering Management, specialising in Civil Engineering, from the University of Salford. He brings extensive senior-level expertise across construction, sustainability, technical standards, design and environmental performance.
Tim previously held a Main Board Technical Director position with a Tier 1 contractor, where he led technical and sustainability functions across a wide range of projects. His experience includes developing and implementing design standards, supporting sustainable construction practices, and advising on complex technical and environmental requirements.
Throughout his career, Tim has worked closely with construction teams, designers and clients to understand project requirements, identify practical opportunities for improvement and deliver solutions that balance carbon reduction, performance, compliance, and commercial priorities.
Today, Tim leads Net Zero Consulting, providing specialist sustainability and carbon consultancy to the construction and built environment sector.
